Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original tags or packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide details on how and where to send it.

Unless an item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll let you know when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll put things right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and practical reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Personalised or custom-made products
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, used or damaged after delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

Wrapping paper sheet with tattoo flash of my Cute & Creepy Doll witches. Includes Lunar Witch, Basic Witch, Psychic Witch and Cute as Hell. Drawn in ProCreate on the IPad Pro.

Wrapping paper is printed on one side on 100gsm uncoated paper.

700mm x 500mm sheet folder down to A4 for posting.

My cute and creepy girl gang!

My dead cute set of illustrations are inspired by my Gran in Manchester who was a little kooky with her mis-matched striped socks & beret and a little bit spooky holding regular séances in her spare room and baking creepy witches fingers to scare us on halloween!

So I dedicate this collection of cute and creepy girls to all you sorta spooky people out there. I hope they inspire you to embrace your inner weirdo!
