Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original tags or packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide details on how and where to send it.

Unless an item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll let you know when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll put things right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and practical reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Personalised or custom-made products
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, used or damaged after delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
