1. Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or personalized items.

3. Return Process: If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us via website contact form within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

4. Return Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

5. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

6. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
